What to confirm when booking for a group

• Guest limit in the contract: sleeping 10 in a «max 6» villa risks fines and eviction; extra guests usually cost +500–1,000 THB/night each
• Real bed count: «5 bedrooms» can mean 4 beds and a sofa — ask for a bed-by-bed layout
• A higher deposit for groups is normal, not a scam — deposit rules
• Party policy: loud music after 22:00 is banned in most estates and neighbours call the police without warnings first

Group logistics
